Mom: Who's Daniel?

Me: *sweats nervously* Uh...a friend from school. He goes by Dan though 

Mom: In what class?

Me: Pre-Engineering.

Mom: How'd you guys become friends?

Me: Uh...he asked me for a spare pencil one day and I gave him one and then he just kept asking me for one so we started talking and stuff.

Mom: Oh...do you see him at lunch?

Me: Yeah, we talk sometimes. He also really likes snakes.

Mom: Gross.

Me: He likes reptiles a lot...

Mom: What race is he?

Me: Uh...Caucasian I think...

Mom: Oh...is he gay?

Me: *sweats nervously* Uh no.
